Few days ago I found an information at Internet about this device- Novus viewtopic.php?f=86&t=1957
Information says that it's on sale in France. Have you seen it or know about it?
This thing is supposed to detect not only police radars, but also- police cameras.
Some of our members are very interested in this thig!

About Coyote : it is not a detector ! This sytem work with a communauty of owners. First part : the radar police are known in database the detector warns you close to the radar. Second possibility (and the more interesting) An owner see a mobile camera somewhere, he enter the position in the database in real time . When you pass at the same point your Coyote warns you ! It is an alert in real time ! But it is not a detector !! It is effective if there is a lot of owners and if they update the database in real time. I know that in USA and in Italia exist some detector. I try to find more information about it.

Here two link, it is the detectors that we can find in France (it is forbidden to use it !)
the question is the frequencies are compatible with Russian radars ! here the European frequencies :
10.500 - 10.550 GHz (X band)
24.050 - 24.250 GHz (K band)
33.400 - 36.000 GHz (Ka band)
13.400 - 13.500 GHz (Ku band): Utilisation exclusive en Europe
820 - 950 nanometers (Laser)

The spring finally came to Moscow and it's getting better and better every day.
